Does my child need indoor and outdoor shoes?
Yes! We recommend that your child has a pair of indoor shoes that stay at the facility and a pair of outdoor shoes that travel back and forth.
How can I reach my child's educator?
You can contact your child's educator by reaching out to the Managers of each location through an email or by phone.
Do I need to contact my child's facility if they are going to be absent?
Yes! Please reach out to the manager of the facility your child attends as it helps us keep track of ratio and attendance!
What is our withdrawal policy?
We kindly ask that you provide 4 weeks written notice as to when your child will be leaving facility!
Do we provide lunches and snacks?
We do not provide lunches or snacks! However, we occasionally have special lunches/snacks but those will be announced ahead of time!
How often do we go outside to play?
Per-regulations outlined in the operator standards for early learning
and childcare facilities, we are required to spend a minimum of two hours outside per day (weather permitting)
What is our sickness policy?
We are mandated to follow public health guidelines regarding illness in the facility. The most common exclusions are for fever (24 hours), diarrhea (48 hours) and vomiting (48 hours).
What is the daily rate for tuition fees?
Infant spaces are $21.00
per day and preschool aged children (2 - 5 years old) are $18.00 per day. After-school spaces are not a part of designation, and spaces are $19.50 per day and $39.00 per full day.
What are our closures?
We are closed for all stat holidays along with good Friday, Easter Monday, thanksgiving and truth and reconciliation day. We are also closed the week of Christmas, noon new years eve and new years day.
What do I bring on my child's first day?
You should bring indoor shoes, at least two changes of clothes, water bottle and outdoor gear. If your child is in diapers then a sleeve of diapers and wipes is ideal along with a blanket and comfort item if they will be napping.
