Jen Godin
Hello! My name is Jennifer Godin and I am one of the Regional Directors with the Creative Childcare family, I bring over a decade of experience in the field of early childhood education. As well, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Thomas University, along with an Early Childhood Education certificate from New Brunswick Community College (NBCC).
I have a strong passion for working with children and it’s evident in my hands-on approach and commitment to fostering growth and learning. I been working in this field since 2009, and I find immense joy in witnessing the magic of children’s discoveries.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother of two children and a pet lover with five dogs. I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, reading, and going to the movies with friends.

Jessica Wilkes
Nice to meet you my name is Jessica Wilkes and I am the manager of the Creative Childcare Lincoln location. I started off my journey working in summer camps and really realized my passion for developing children’s interests. I then went on to Carleton University where I received my bachelor’s degree in Child Studies. I then immediately went to Algonquin College where I graduated in 2018 with honours and received my diploma in Early Childhood Education. During my time I learned the importance of Early Childhood Education and how it is an integral part of development and provides a multitude of benefits emotionally, physically and socially. Since graduating I have spent the last 7 years in the field growing my skills and exploring my passions. During this time, I realized that I have a strong passion for not only developing the skills of children but also staff as well. I believe in working with both staff and children to create spaces where everyone feels welcome. I strive to have a strong management-staff relationship which aids in creating environments where both staff and children feel confident and happy. In my spare time I love going camping in my tent trailer with my family! We love spending time outside in nature and going on adventures together. I look forward to meeting you all and exploring and learning everyday with your little ones!
